At Wraith Esports, we offer a 14-day return window for all premium peripherals provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. If your gear is defective or doesn't meet your performance standards, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the item in its original box with all included accessories and cables to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship to Wraith

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
